For Belnet (A public service with an independent management embedded in the Belgian Science Policy Public Planning Service) we have executed a mission that had the following objectives :

1. Put in place a management decision tool that would help Belnet to take the right actions concerning the priorities to establish for the general improvement of the websites (image, content, structure and management).
2. Prepare the future developments on the websites by eliminating the wrong strategies and by identifying a clear and precise roadmap (Webgovernance).

The mission was started by analysing the existing internal tools and by organising multiple workshops with the employees to get to know their real needs.

This strategic mission had the following deliverables :

1. A series of alternative scenarios that had as objective the short term resolution of the current webmanagement problem but taking into account the long term objectives.
2. A pragmatic and usable description of the different components of every scenario (for example : a job description of for a new vacancy).
3. A SWOT for the proposed scenarios.
4. A recommended roadmap.
