With the constant growth of K Company's business, especially in the consulting and analysis fields, it has become necessary to get a step further in the way we apprehend, manage, deliver and communicate our Consulting and Analysis skills.

Loyal to our mission of bringing new ideas in existing structures and fostering organic innovation, we have been constantly developing proprietary or academy-inspired consulting methodologies and tools to help our clients translate their needs into robust and viable digital solutions. This work mobilises multiple disciplines and concepts, such as corporate strategy, business insights, marketing, mathematics, data-mining, psychology, or even philosophy. Through the years, we have accumulated dozens of tools, sheets, concepts, methods and tips that make K Company a true Swiss Knife able to face any business situation.

Since the company has taken a rapid growth path, consultants are getting numerous and distributed between different locations. The time has come for a major structuration of our work and processes. Xavier Cremer, Lead Business Consultant, has been appointed to this ambitious mission. His role will be to identify, collect, customize and distil the most appropriate methodologies capable of answering the challenges we face in our fields of expertise. The outcome of the process will be the draft of a dedicated Analysis & Design department, standing out of the current APMO (Account & Program Management Office).

Specifically, this model will focus on the analysis and design parts of projects and programs, occuring mostly at the beginning of the journey, but whose implications and impacts run throughout the entire lifecycle. That's why the imbrication of those tasks with further stages will be carefully designed in flexible procedures. Besides, it requires to rely both on individuals (People) and collectivity (Organisation). The Knowledge Sharing and Learning aspects of this operation are key factors of success.

The three main missions are:

  1. Develop the K Company knowledge and learning management processes in the field of Analysis & Design.
  2. Support and deliver A&D services to the APMO teams.
  3. Ensure strategic and operational alignment with other Competence Centers practices and services.

Xavier will work closely with K Company's Management in order to ensure the ideal alignement between that goal and the overall corporate strategy.
